Ideally, it is a book to help people see they need to be more open and honest in relationships and not hold things in, which ends up hurting the relationship because everything is pent up beyond resolve and not laid out on the table to work through.
Too many things, 'left unsaid'...
It comes down to what we really say vs what we really want to say and how different those two things come out or vice versa...
